Products can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, exchanges cannot be processed once the 7-day period has passed.
To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure that:
- The product is unused
- The price label and tags are intact
- You have the original purchase invoice
- The exchange request is made within 7 days of delivery
