When Will I Receive My Order?
We know you’re excited to receive your order, and we always work hard to ship your items as quickly as possible. Below are our typical shipping timelines, but please refer to your order confirmation email for the exact delivery details.
In-stock items: Shipped within 2–3 business days
In stock at vendor: Shipped within 5–7 business days
Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days
Out-of-Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you during the processing of your order. You will receive an email with the estimated lead time.
You may choose to:
- Cancel the order immediately for a full refund,
or
- Keep the order and receive updates on the backorder status.
You can cancel any time before the item ships and receive a full refund.
What About Shipping Costs? Is Shipping Free?
Yes — currently all our products include free shipping.
Shipping costs (if any) and taxes will be clearly shown during checkout once you enter your shipping address.
